Hophead is our dream and our struggle, started a while back from a far fetched fantasy followed by now 11 years of brewing adventures.
It’s personal. Our mission is true and authentic. To create a good beer for us and our friends, for all the undecided choosing what to enjoy, for the knowledgeable who hunt for the new ticked off brew, and for the loyal who wouldn’t try anything else ever again.

How is craft beer crafted?
Granted, the actual brewing process starts with finding and preparing the ingredients that give beer consistency, alcohol by volume, aroma, flavour, color… Any beer (craft or crap) contains water, malt, yeast and hops, to which ( most recently) have been added as many others as your imagination can contain. However, and here is where most confusion happens while defining it, you really need the PERSON, the one brewing it, the secret ingredient. The brewer puts the craft next to the beer.
